	Hi all Many of you know that SOLer Careka is sailing, with wife/family, in yacht Careka around the world. The group of yachts he is in company with are now seeking routing advice/help as follows: QUOTE Hey,all, we are a bunch of boats that will sail from St.Martin around 1may, and to Horta,Azores, does anyone like to send us weather, and where to sail, like a safe wr. Not trying to win a regatta 😂. And its nice to get a mail every day have some contact with the once on land. Only a mail with texst telling us what the wind will be like and the pos of the Lows and where they are moving. There will be boats from Norway,Danmark,Germany in the group. We will aim to sail fastes and safest route to Horta. Anyone like to help us, it is fun. 	Viva Joanne and all. Concerning careka'ss trip, I need to know Polars from all the boats in the fleet or, from the slowest one and the fastest. Can you pls make the bridge as I don't have e-mail/s to contact our SOL brother Careka? Need to know also some details about the geo coordinates for the boat fix the garmin tool from careka generates. Big Hug João/psail Sail Fair.

	Viva All, Concerning the Lagoon 380 I've managed to got a Polar file for the boat. Tested in qT and works fine for routing. Wind and Currents GRIBS setups also done. Just need to know the already asked questions. João/psail Sail Fair.

	This is not a regatta, but a safe sailing to awoyd bad weather. There is no a Bavaria 47, 39, 40, Janneau 42, pogo, a 62oneoff, lagoon380. But we will adjust the speed so we will sail like a groupe in the beginning, We sailed with the 62 onoff on our way over and we did the go for speed the first 2 days, and we sailed nearly the same, if winds got low the 62 pulled away, but as soon as we had 15 knots or more we pulled away. Do it today.

It’s time to sail our Lagoon 55 luxury catamarans approximately 232 nm in a figure 8 around the Comoros Islands in the Indian Ocean. We start in the capital Moroni, round the islands of Mohéli and Nzwani and then return to Moroni. This is a TIMED race, so you may RE-REGISTER HERE to try again after finishing a run. You will have 13 days and 11 hours to test your skill and decision making after the race opens.

Halifax to Hooper Bay 2024

And now it’s Autumn in the Arctic, the sun is permanently below the horizon, but during the day, from c 0900 to c 1700 local time, there is some twilight – nautical twilight, not to be confused with civil twilight which is brighter. Having receded all summer, ice is starting to return to the numerous straits and bays of Canada’s North West Passage. High time then to set off on our last leg of the High Latitudes Series from Halifax in Nova Scotia to Alaska’s Hooper Bay. It’s 3850nm and we need to hurry, so we’ll take the Pelagic 77!
