	What did you do? I am having the same issue. "Waiting for weather download" Update - still an issue for me. Cleared Cache, rebooted, downloaded latest flash, tried multiple computers, tried Chrome and IE, tried starting a new race. Given up on leg1. 	I have the same waiting for weather problem as'well. Have deleted cookies no change. Have tried on google chrome and explorer both the same probmlem. Any solutions appreciated Been like this since Friday nz time.

	Still waiting for weather download. Tried on five PC,s at two locations. All the same result. Have tried logging on as guest still nothing. Cleared cache rebooted, done just about everthing

Halifax to Hooper Bay 2024

And now it’s Autumn in the Arctic, the sun is permanently below the horizon, but during the day, from c 0900 to c 1700 local time, there is some twilight – nautical twilight, not to be confused with civil twilight which is brighter. Having receded all summer, ice is starting to return to the numerous straits and bays of Canada’s North West Passage. High time then to set off on our last leg of the High Latitudes Series from Halifax in Nova Scotia to Alaska’s Hooper Bay. It’s 3850nm and we need to hurry, so we’ll take the Pelagic 77!

The Beagle in Tahiti 2024

Leaving the Galapagos behind, the course was west again, and by November 15th the Beagle reached Tahiti. Like Gauguin, sixty years later, Darwin found the natives, recently Christianized, pleasant and intelligent, but unlike Gauguin, this did not persuade him or his captain, Fitzroy, to tarry long. Let’s have a sail-around in 2024 anyway; 640nm, as ever in the Class B Tall Ship HMS Beagle.
